🎯 Role Summary:

As a backend software engineer, you'll design and build backend services that power the Clipboard Health platform. You will collaborate with global engineering teams and have a direct impact on the healthcare industry at scale.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop scalable backend services using Node.js and NestJS.
  • Work with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis to ensure data reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with remote teams and product managers to design impactful features.
  • Deploy and monitor production systems using cloud infrastructure (AWS ECS, Terraform).
  • Participate in on-call rotations and take ownership of what you build.

🛠️ Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in backend development with TypeScript and Node. js
  • Familiarity with production-grade systems and cloud deployment
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills (remote-first culture)
  • Empathy for users and a problem-solving mindset
