What you'll do

As a Staff Product Manager, Services Experience, you’ll lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of seamless, end-to-end journeys for Sam’s Club members across multiple services. You’ll define how members discover, purchase, and engage with offerings across digital and in-club experiences, ensuring every interaction is simple, transparent, and rewarding. You’ll work across product, engineering, design, operations, and analytics to connect the member experience across diverse service categories. Using strong analytical and strategic skills, you’ll leverage data, AI, and automation to identify opportunities, drive efficiency, and deliver measurable impact. This role requires exceptional cross-functional leadership, clarity in complex problem spaces, and the ability to influence outcomes at scale.

Salary ranges (examples):
San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09930: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products. We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
