Advanced proficiency in Computer-Aided Three-dimensional Interactive Application for designing manufacturing processes, creating 3D models, and developing production layouts. Must demonstrate expertise in assembly design, part modeling, and manufacturing documentation.

Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

Comprehensive knowledge of MES platforms to track and document the transformation of raw materials to finished goods. Experience in developing visual work instructions, managing production workflows, and ensuring real-time production monitoring and quality control.

Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA)

Strong analytical skills to identify, investigate, and resolve manufacturing deficiencies. Must be proficient in various problem-solving methodologies including 8D, 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagrams, and Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) to ensure continuous quality improvement.

Hands-on experience with SAP modules including Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), and Quality Management (QM). Ability to maintain Bill of Materials (MBOM), manage work orders, update production records, and coordinate with supply chain operations.

📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Design manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining and material handling
  • Design sequence of operations and specify procedures for fabrication of tools and equipment
  • Adapt machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions
  • Incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan
  • Inspect performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify efficiency
  • Update and maintain MBOM to meet requirements
  • Develop manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control
  • Investigate and initiate corrective actions for problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality
  • Provide guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements
  • Ensure processes and procedures comply with regulations

Basic Qualifications:

  • Level 2 Engineer with 3+ years of experience
